Bass Course No.7 – Hanon Exercise 6

Hanon Bass Exercise 6 is the 7th free example of my Bass course. Sheet music for download is included.

I arranged the 6th exercise of the book “Hanon – The Virtuoso Pianist” for electric-Bass.

I use this as warm-up exercises every day.

Start very slow without a metronome first, and after memorizing, it, begin slowly with a metronome.

You will find the next exercise on my website in two weeks.

Take close look at the plucking hand. I´m using the raking technique to achieve a nice legato.

You find the formula on the top of the sheet music. This are the scale tones from the start tone of the exercise. 1 5 means root and 5th.
